Manage Control Options

When a screen fails, contact the technical support engineers of NovaStar and grant the necessary authorization to attempt remote recovery.

Prerequisites:

  • The faulty screen is bound to VNNOX care by backing up the configuration file to cloud.
  • Only the screens of asynchronous control system can be recovered in VNNOX Care for web.
  • If the a hardware device is damaged, it cannot be recovered remotely and needs to be replaced on site.
  • T1/T2/T3/T4/T4A/T6/T8/Tx-4G/TCC70 must be V3.7.7 or later. T30/T40/T50/T60 must be V3.9.0or later. The entire TU series devices are supported.

On the homepage, choose Screen Management, select a screen from the screen list, and control the screen remotely on the Control Management tab page.

# Restart Screen

When the screen fails, you can click Restart to attempt remote recovery.

# One-Click Restore

When the fault is caused by the configuration parameters, you can click One-click Restore to send the backup file to quickly recover all the screen parameters without going to the site.

# Brightness Configuration

To adjust the screen brightness, you can click Configuration to set an Automatic Brightness Adjustment Table and** Ambient Light Mapping Table**.

# Upgrade Player

When some functions become unavailable due to the outdated version of the player, you can click Upgrade to update the player to the latest version.
